  • Blair Creek Section of the Ozark Trail

    This trail section originates near the north edge of Shannon county at the jet of MO Hwy P and 72. It meanders through mature oak-pine forest approximately 8 miles to the southern boundary of the Salem ranger district. It continues on to the south across private lands over use easements to connect to the Ozark National Scenic Riverways administered by the Park Service.


    Pedestrian, bicycle, and equestrian use only. Equestrian use limited to public land.


    From Bunker MO, go 4 miles south on MO Hwy 72 to trailhead located at juctn of 72 and MO Hwy P. Blair creek trail runs south from there.
